I am just starting as an Ace Certified Instructor, but I really enjoy exercising and trying to stay in shape. I have been working out in some form or fashion for over eleven years. My background is martial arts style fitness and I am willing to try anything at least once. Being healthy and in shape is a priority to me and my family. I am a good motivator and enjoy encouraging other to push themselves to stay healthy and in shape.
