Was living in Okinawa, Japan. Have been lifting and running for years; decided to become a personal trainer when I couldn't find a full-time job in my profession after a year. Now living in Grovetown, GA. I feel great when I work out consistently and would like to pass that feeling on to others. I recently completed the 2009 Okinawa Marathon - my third marathon (Berlin 2006/Stockholm 2005)
