I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with a BA in Kinesiology, located in Blacksburg, VA. In addition to my education, I have the personal experience to understand what it takes to go from being out of shape and uncomfortable, to fit, healthy, and comfortable in your own skin, and maintain that fitness for the long run. I specialize in women's weight loss and running programs, and am familiar with pre- and post-natal fitness. I have two little ones who are my primary daytime job, and I currently see clients early morning or evening. I prefer HIIT style workouts done outside, with little to no equipment used.
