About
I'm 27 years old, living in Medicine Hat, Alberta. I've been teaching group fitness classes for the since 2003 and have always loved to get people involved in fitness. Now achieving my PFT certification i want to follow my dreams to be an at home trainer. My goal is reach out to those people that find their lives so busy that they feel like there's no time to go to the gym. I plan on training people in their homes when they have available time, hoping that this will decrease everyones excuses for not having time to work out.
