I am Mike Neumann. I've been a certified personal trainer for 7 years and feel that there is no other trainer in the Kankakee area more motivated to get you in the best shape of your life than myself. No matter what fitness level you are currently at I will challenge you to get results afterall, you must challenge the body to see a difference. You must force the body to change. Don't worry, I'll take it easy on you at first and build you into the program. I specialize in weight loss and am very effective when it comes to putting on muscle if that is your goal.
