I have a MA in Mind/Body Integration from the Unversity of Natural Medicine and became an ACE certified group fitness instructor in 2009. My interest is in using dance movement as a means to facilitate physical and mental well-being. Being a bellydancer for 8 years, I am interested in teaching bellydance technique along with mindfulness/visualization.
