About
I am a student at Georgia Institute of Technology, as well as a certified trainer and in the process of becoming a group fitness instructor. I train a variety of clients, from students to professors to athletes. I am currently the student manager of personal training/group fitness/the fitness center at the Georgia Tech Campus Recreation Center. I also run the Biggest Lower Program here, in which we currently have about 28 participants and train one of the teams in the competition.I enjoy training clients who are looking for weight loss,toning, hypertrophy, strength, or functional training. I love cooking and advising clients on their nutrition and suggesting healthy recipes. I am committed to clean eating and healthy lifestyle and love to impart my passion to others. My plans are to attend graduate school in fitness administration and possibly model for fitness magazines and videos. "Do or do not. There is no try"
