Hello Reader THANK YOU for taking the time to read my biography. My name is Michael Terencio, and if I ever get to meet you one-on-one, I know we can become great peers. I have a Bachelor of Science specifying in Exercise Science and am currently pursuing my Masters of Science in Kinesiology. I am also a proud Certified Personal Trainer of the American Council on Exercise (ACE), and have been for over six years. Known as the authority on exercise, becoming certified with ACE was difficult, but obviously achievable. With that said, any fitness goal you hope to achieve is well within your reach, and from my experience, reaching that goal with a certified personal trainer almost guarantees that your goals are readily attainable. If I had one characteristic about me to give most of the appreciation to for helping me become the person I am today, the trophy would go to CONSISTENCY, hands down!!!!!! Consistency pushed me to want to better myself everyday, and want to help the good people in my community better themselves and their health through fitness education and implementation. I love my profession; I look forward to meeting with you and discussing how important and strong the link between exercise and living the best life you can live REALLY IS!!!
