About
Education: I graduated in 1998 from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor in Physical and Health Education. Since graduating my goal has been to work with people to educate and assist them with living a healthy lifestyle. Experience: I started my career at one of the leading fitness centers in Canada. My experience in the industry began as a Personal Trainer, after which I graduated to a Fitness Consultant and then ultimately to a Health Center Manager. After helping thousands of customers achieve their personal goals I decided to launch G2 Kinetics Personal Training. My Passion: I like to promote to others an active and healthy lifestyle that I follow in my own life. -Motivate clients to participate as a group in various recreational sporting activities such as rollerblading, soccer and football. -Inspire and train clients to participate in marathons that take place in areas such as Toronto and Ottawa. I also participate, motivating all my clients. - I live an active lifestyle by participating in numerous activities that include, soccer, rollerblading, beach volleyball and many more. I am looking forward to working with you in getting you on the path of a healthy lifestyle. FITNESS IS MY PASSION!
