About Michael Briody: I am an certified trainer and athlete, whose training style is among the most focused and intense that you will find. I am the co-owner and founder of Covert Fitness in Locust Valley, Nwe York. I am committed to excellence and advancements in high performance conditioning and strength development. I have a sincere interest in helping today's athlete of all ages in their quest for greatness. Together, we can take your training, regardless of current fitness, to the "next level". I am a multisport athlete, and 3x Ironman including finishing the 2007 Hawaiian Ironman Championship. I train and coach athletes, form the weekend warriors to high end wrestlers!I enjoy helping youth athletes from elementary to high school get an athletic edge through overall fitness or sports specific training. My passion is to help, educate and motivate anyone who has teh courage to walk through our doors! My Indoor Cycling and conditioning classes are among the most intense and offer a level of motivation that will take you beyond your comfort zone for maximun results.
