I have been an athlete most of my life. After joining the Army in 2003, I began to really get into fitness training. I competed in my first fitness competitions in 2009 in the Bikini division. It was the most amazing experience and I hope to continue competing. I have a strong passion to pass on what I have learned to others looking to improve their health and fitness levels. I want to show people that the work they put in will be worth it in the end. This is a lifestyle and I am loving every minute of it! I want to pass that on.
