Client profile includes general and special population(hypertension, hypercholestrolemia,thyroid disorders;diabetes;osteoporosis etc) Am equally comfortable with the older and younger generation. I make a constant endeavor to keep myself abreast of the latest knowledge in the field of fitness.Am a firm believer in the safe principles of exercise and this has helped me win the respect of my clients(personal training and group exercise programs).
