About
I grew up an athlete playing volleyball & cheering all through Junior High and High School. Once we started having children, my fitness goals were set aside as I kept busy chasing around our 3 boys. While I wasn't looking, my weight began to creep up as my fitness levels plummeted. Fast forward ten years.....when one day I realized that I either had to lose weight or buy a new wardrobe. I began running & learning about whole foods nutrition. As my body began to change, I added step classes & yoga at the gym along with weight training. The changes I saw in my body & health prompted me to begin working toward certification so I could make a positive impact in the lives of others. I speng my down-time just relaxing with my husband Kevin and our boys; Taylor-18, Dustin-17 & Jarod-14. I believe in making lifestyle changes for long-term health, instead of dieting for short-term results. I am a proponent for eating whole foods and am a distributor for Juice Plus+.
