My goal is to uncover what makes us an individual in order to deliver a positive experience as you meet your goals. I hold certifications as a Personal Trainer, and am trained by the NCCP as an Olympic Weightlifting Coach. This means I can deliver a unique and comprehensive program backed by the knowledge and understanding needed to teach it safely.
