I enjoy teaching people that you can live a healthy lifestyle without spending hours and hours every day at the gym or being on a strict diet. I started out by working at a curves to get a free membership, loved it so much I bought my own club. I have now sold the club and work at LA Fitness and work on my own. I have the ACE personal training license and I'm working on the health management coach license.
