My name is Alfonso Castro. I am a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor who specializes in better quality of life through weight loss and confidence building. Back in 2008, I found myself in a losing battle not only with weight loss because of food addiction, but also with severe stress, depression, and anxiety which lead to health problems such as GERD/Acid Reflux, High Blood Pressure, Fibromyalgia, and Hypoglycemia/ Borderline type 2 diabetes. Still, 8 years later, I have to manage some of the reaming side effects of poor health. Thankfully, through these tough times, I have found a calling. First, I am here to help you achieve total confidence and health through physical discipline. My purpose is to assist you in setting and achieving them. My cause is to help you avoid the unhealthy pitfalls of poor health and to extend your life so that you can live longer and enjoy the aging process. Finally, I strongly believe that everyone who is ready to change can change with the right mentor and guidance.
