I've been into fitness since 1986, and I've competed in my first body building competition in 1993 and followed up with 6 other competitions (25 years of experience) I love to stay in shape! In keeping in the spirit of doing what I love I've started a website dedicated to helping people stay in shape. My site launched in November of 2009 and I’ve had a tremendous response. I'm an Emergency Medical Technician for the Fire Department of New York, a CPR instructor, American Heart Association (AHA) Guidelines and a Personal Trainer for Phys-Ed Health and Performance Fitness Center in New Milford CT. I've seen how some do and do not take care of their health. Fitness is a great tool to help in regards to mental health along with physical health. Therefore I feel it's a great medical tool for all that will apply to the general rule you are what you eat. Let's get healthy!
