I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. I am also certified through ACSM as a Certified Wellness Coach & Fitness Coach. I think the most important part of the work that I do is listening to my clients and getting a clear picture of what they want out of our time together. Talking to someone about losing weight, managing stress, or many of the other topics that people come to me for help with are very personal. I make it my priority to listen with empathy and do the best I can to make each of my clients successful.
