My name is Robert Patrick. My interest in health began when I was hired as a rehabilitation tech for a physical therapy clinic. For over two years I worked with patients from all walks of life, including the elderly and the young, men and women, people of various faiths, athletes, and couch potatoes. It became clear that there are a number of people who want to be in better shape.
