Thanks for taking the time to view my profile. I am a certified trainer and have received a Master's Degree in Health, Nutrition, and Exercise Science. Through these experiences I am able to provide you with the support and resources you need to reach your fitness goals. I enjoy inspiring others to reach their goals and will work with you to design an individualized exercise program that meets your needs. I enjoy keeping up with the latest fitness trends and incorporate them into my workouts to keep the workouts fresh and new. For example I like to create metabolic circuits that incorporate cardio and strength exercises which increases the amount of calories burned during and after a workout.
