I am excited about the opportunity to help others obtain and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I have a strong background in the sports and fitness industry and solid experience training people to reach their respective goals. Strong emphasis on weight management, older adults, post rehab, and fitness education. With a collegiate baseball background, I also have a strong interest in working with athletes to design sports specific programs. I strongly believe that by training smart and efficiently, we can utilize each client's time investment and maximize their health and fitness gains. My programs are personalized to meet each client's needs along with being safe, fun, and goal oriented. Overall, I believe personal training is all about behavioral change, which is the true measure of successful trainer/client relationship.
