I have been teaching the adult program called Silver Sneakers for 6 years. Presently I teach Yoga Stretch, , Senior Fit, Yoga, and Beginner Pilates at 2 different clubs. I am interested in working with 50 plus adults. My philosophy is lifelong learning and sustaining individual functional fitness. I am an energetic retired teacher. I am available to train in the privacy of your home or in my Union, KY home - I have an exercise room with weights, bands and balls. I would love to help you feel and function at your best.
