A little bit about me: I am a wife and mom of 2 young boys who can appreciate the energy it takes to create and sustain work-life harmony...and have energy left over to take care of yourself! My professional journey includes serving clients in a variety of environments including corporate, commercial, university, and private. It feeds my soul to help women get back in touch with their highest, most powerful selves through adventures in movement, self-care, and sisterhood.
