About
Angela is a group exercise instructor and consultant with a long history in the fitness industry. She is certified by several organizations including AFAA, ACE, and the AEA. She was a master trainer for the AEA from 2005 until 2012 and owns her own company (Fitness Projects) with clients in the industry. Since 2014, she has managed strategic partners and special guest for TheFitExpo. Over the years, she received numerous trainings and awards and brings that to each class, each work project and any of the trainings she conducts. Her favorite classes to teach are cycle, aqua, and yoga.
