I enjoy training because of the witnessed change in someone else's life; to be a part of that experience is very rewarding. I have taught at UT in Austin as a TA when I was getting my master's degree, Tarrant County College, 24 Hour Fitness and Cook Children's hospital. I love to teach people accurately about how to become more intouch with their body and how to use that self-awareness to reach their goals. I am an athlete and love the feeling of competing and personal success.
