About Beth Erlichman: I provide custom in home personal training services tailored to the specific health and fitness needs and goals of my clients. My approach to health and fitness is holistic as it incorporates the entire person. Programming includes cardiovascular, flexibility, mind-body, stress reduction, balance, stability and strength training. I believe that fitness need not be work, on the contrary, it should be fun and enjoyable. I make it my mission to help people find their joy and passion when it comes to their health and fitness! My primary interest is the aging process with a specific focus on aging well and prevention. The majority of my clients are baby boomers and seniors. Being older myself enables me to connect with and understand the needs of this population. I also teach group fitness classes on the Altzheimer's and Dementia ward in local nursing homes. This work is highly rewarding and humbling. I am always amazed at what people can do even with severe health issues and limitations.
