About
My passion is Health and Fitness, and it has been, since I was a little girl!! Throughout my adult life, I have always been involved in some type of sport or exercise program, but it is funny how life leads you on paths you wouldn’t expect. I never thought I was going to have a career in computers, I always thought I was going to be a nurse. Then about 5 years ago I made a decision that I was gong to give up my computer career of 27 years to live my dream of helping others “Get Fit and Healthy”. I enrolled in Glendale Community College in their Personal Training Program and got certified through GCC and through ACE “American Council for Exercise” to be a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer. I have been doing personal training now for 4 years and I absolutely love it. I’m currently back in college, finishing up my AAS degree in Nutrition, Personal Training and Strength Training so I can better help all of you.
