In Nov. of 1999' thru July of 2000', at 40yrs. old and after two children, I lost over 60lbs. In 2002' I joined a kickboxing class following bladder suspension surgery. In 2004' I started instructing and in 2005' I received my ACE certification, and decided to help others, especially those with similar situations as mine. Now, I instruct fitness classes, as well as personal train at my home and in client homes. I am happiest when I see not only the physical and health benefit to my clients, but also the confidence that they gain!
