I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and a RYT 500 registered yoga instructor. I work with people of all ages to help them achieve their fitness and health goals. I especially like working with clients who are struggling with aging or weight because I want to show them that a healthy lifestyle can happen with a plan and some guidance. I love it when they start feeling and looking better. It is amazing how their outlook on life also changes.
