I have been a personal trainer since 2005. After seeing and feeling the huge difference regular exercise made in my life and body, I decided that I wanted to help others make healthy lifestyle changes. My focus is to educate my clients on safe and effective exercise techniques, and giving them the tools to make healthy lifestyle changes that last a lifetime. Every session is custom tailored to each client's needs, and safety is emphasized. You won't have the same session twice. I have a variety of equipment that I will bring to your home, so you have privacy, and you don't have to compete with others at a gym for equipment.
