I train all populations with the Pilates apparatus. My primary population is 50 - 65 year old people who are relatively healthy. It is exciting to help my clients realize that the proper exercise can help them increase their energy level, relieve nagging aches and pains, improve balance, and feel stronger and more flexible. Semi-private sessions give the personal attention needed, while keeping the cost affordable.
