Many years of experience and ACE Certified since 2005. Being older myself, I have a good deal of understanding about what drives us and what inhibits us at different stages of our life. I think this is particularly important for us older (50 plus) folks who may not be well served by a young trainer. Not to say that a younger trainer couldn’t educate himself on the effects of the “ageing process”. The difference is that most of my knowledge has come to me first hand. For myself, although I am in my 6th decade, I am proud to say that I can hold my own with a younger crowd. That said, competition, is not my goal. For over the years, I have come to appreciate the need for us to work to our ever changing personal limits, whatever they may be. I would welcome the opportunity to share my love of fitness with you. Most of my training is provided at PW Fitness Gym, 2200 Penfield Road but I have access also to other area gyms and I can serve you at work or in your home.
