About Liza Forster: Besides being your personal Yoga Instructor, Liza is the Western Regional Group Fitness Director at Plus One Health Management, a premier Wellness company. She is the Group Fitness Director at Amgen, in Thousand Oaks, California. She oversees the group fitness programs at Plus One’s other corporate sites, which includes Paramount Pictures, Disney, Fox Studios, Nestle, and others throughout Seattle, Los Angeles, San Francisco and San Diego. She teaches Yoga, Spinning, Spoga (Yoga & Spinning), YogaKicks, and Self-Defense at Amgen, and also teaches at the Four Seaons, CHLI. Liza co-authored a chapter for the upcoming American College of Sports Medicine's Group Fitness Manual.  She is a published author of Young Adult Fiction, magazine articles, television promos and has won numerous awards for her works of fiction, and has also presented at the LA festival of Books. She is the editor of The Better Letter, an online fitness magazine with a readership of 35,000 Plus One clients, and the Better Blog. Liza is certified in Group Fitness by the American Council on Exercise and registered with the Yoga Alliance. She is also Black Belt in Tang Soo Do. Liza has completed her 200 hour certificate with Beth Shaw, an Advanced Techniques and Practices of yoga training with Ganga White, and Tracey Rich of White Lotus Yoga, and 200 hours with Sadie Nardini of CorePower Yoga.  She has a long list of credits as a segment producer and talent executive for many network television shows and HBO.
