I have been a ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor for 4 years and became an ACE certified Personal Trainer in February of 2009. I work in the Northwest Arkansas area and have specialized in Spinning classes. As a lifetime "athlete", it gives me great pleasure to extend my love of exercise to others and help them to educate themselves in how and why we all need to exercise. It is great for the mind, body and soul.
