About Jeffrey Franckowiak: HI, I'm Jeff and I've been making working out comfortable and fun for the past 5 years. I now have my own fitness studio Tone Up Club I understand that coming to the gym can be overwhelming when it comes to getting back into shape, so I create a positive and happy environment for all clients. I strongly believe that keeping excess weight off is vital for longevity of life and prevention of injuries. My goal is to help you create permanent healthy living habits and feel good about yourself. Originally, I graduated from college with a Civil Engineering major, but I found a passion for changing people's lives in personal training. When I first began, I started by teaching swim lessons at Bally's Total Fitness and was casually training people. Before I knew it, my clients were extremely happy with their results and I was gaining new clients faster than I knew what to do with. My P.T. director helped me gain status as one of Bally's top trainers. Soon, I began organizing small group classes which was a relatively new concept to Bally's; later transitioning into a large group.
