About
I started out as a physical education teacher and coach. I liked working one-on-one with my students more that I did in the classroom setting so I tested for my Personal Training certification and now work for a corporate fitness company. Its all about keeping the client healthy and happy in their job. I specialize in the client who has sports related fitness goals. I have worked with clients to improve their golf swing, baseball swing, and running and biking times. One client needed to get ready to pass his karate black belt test. He came in first in all age groups. He is 58 years old. I also do in home training for clients who would rather not go to a gym, I go to them. If you want an easy trainer, I'm not that person. I'll push you hard to get the results you want. My philosophy.."You don't know you can do it until you try."
