Megan Williams is passionate about motivating each client to take control of their health through proper education, individual fitness plans and custom goal setting. A Certified Personal Trainer and Certified TRX Suspension Training Group Instructor, Megan specializes in weight loss/management strategies, functional training, and sports performance – for a broad range of people including those new to fitness, ”weekend warriors”, to athletes-in-training. Her services include one-on-one personal training, small group training (2-5 people), and group fitness instruction (Boot Camps, TRX, Circuit Training, Strength & Conditioning)either at a studio, home or outdoor setting. Megan’s “Body of Art Boot Camp” combines fun yet challenging cardio drills, strength training, flexibility and mind-body awareness that will chisel your body into a masterpiece. Megan’s personal interests include running half and full marathons, surfing, hiking, and camping.
