HI, looking to get in the best shape of your life? Look no further. I train for results! My goal is to make your workout fun and challenging everytime you step in the gym. I have a Bachelors degree in fitness/wellness from Salem State College. Certified by A.C.E, CPR and AED certified. I love exercise, I was a football and track athlete and currently I'm a compeditive bodybuilder and powerlifter and I live in the gym (not literally). My training philosophy is consistancy and hardwork, set high goals and real objectives, achieve each objective to reach your overall goal. Rome was NOT build in a day!
