My name is Vicki Frye and I reside in Purcellville, VA. I am married and have 3 children. I have always had a love for exercise and after many years of paying money to have someone train me I decided that Personal Training would be a great career. I wanted to do something that would give me the flexibility to spend time with my family and work in a field that I abdolutely love. My training philosiphy is basic. You Gotta Commit To Get Fit! Working hard pays off. I am a trainer that loves to work hard for results and I do my very best to instill that into my clients way of thinking. I specialize in women's fitness training.
