I worked many years as a Fashion Designer for major companies in NYC customizing clothes to fit our clientele. Now I am taking it one step further as a personal trainer in redesigning the body so that my clients can fit comfortably into their clothes and feel good about themselves; the fitness and training programs that I offer will be customized to address each individual’s needs that will make it easier for them to incorporate in their lifestyle without viewing it has a chore. Fitness training is one of the great loves of my life and I believe that I possess the knowledge and experience to take you to the next level.
