Hi, my name is Nancy. I am very happy to be a part of the AARP program. I am an ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified personal trainer and have a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Minnesota State University in Moorhead. I am the owner and operator of Lake Club Fitness in Ashby which just opened in August of 2007. I enjoy training a wide range of age groups especially my age (44) and older. Exercise and movement is such an important part of a healthy productive life and I look forward to listening to your needs and goals and partnering with you to accomplish them.
