I wanted to be an ACE instructor because an ACE instructor had been so instrumental in changing my life. In high school I had been 200lb at 5'6". In college, through a changed mindset & a bout of cancer, I focused my life on health & lost 50lb going from a size 18 to a 12. However, it wasn't until I connected with my personal trainer when I was teaching at a high school in Texas that I realized exactly what to do to acchieve my goals. I fully understand the battle with food, & I understand that I MUST do everything I can to keep my body healthy. This is the insight & motivation I offer my clients who are primarily women. I believe a woman can greatly impact the health of her household by showing her children to make wise lifestyle choices that will greatly effect their lives later on.
