Heidi Lunt has played water sports (water polo and swim) throughout high school and two years at Riverside Community College, where she was also on the diving team. She has taught swim lessons for ten years and has also Co-coached the women’s water polo team, at Hemet High School for two years. Before becoming a personal trainer, she worked in physical therapy for three years, aiding the therapists in rehabilitation exercises including aquatic therapy. Continuing to help those around her to reach their personal, physical goals, Heidi has been a certified personal trainer for the past four years. She has been married five years and recently had a baby! She understands commitment, as well as gaining and loosing weight, from personal experience.
