As an AARP member, I understand the needs and concerns of today's seniors. I have over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry. During that time I have had many roles as a fitness consultant, competitive tennis player, AAU (Natural) Body Building Champion, active wife, mother and certified personal trainer. In addition, I have 40 years of experience in medicine as a nurse, nursing home and medical group practice administrator, pharmaceutical company representative and an ambulatory care consultant. These experiences give me a unique insight into the health and well being of seniors and also of younger people as they age and their bodies change. I am committed to assisting others to achieve and maintain a healthy active lifestyle.
