Thanks for checking out my listing! I've been involved in boxing and fitness since the "80s. My fitness experience began as a boxer and a soldier in the U.S. Army. All those push-ups must have had a lasting impact on me, because I've been hooked on fitness ever since. I've also stayed with the sport of boxing. I now train young amateur boxers for competition, as well as those looking for all of the fitness elements that a traditional boxer's workout brings. In addition, I incorporate modern fitness and nutrition principles to help clients reach whatever fitness goals they have.
