Hello! My name is Eileen and I am an ACE-certified personal trainer and Weight Management Specialist with a compassionate demeanor and boundless creativity when it comes to workouts. As a former medical school student, I have an in-depth knowledge of anatomy and experience training clients of different ages, abilities and fitness levels. Fueled by my own fitness journey from obese to two-time marathoner, I recognize the transformative power of exercise as a pathway to overall health and would love to work with anyone interested in building a balanced lifestyle even in the hectic pace of NYC life. My hope is for all trainees to embrace being in their bodies, develop long-term, sustainable fitness regimens and even have some fun in the process!
