Hi, Lets jump right into things. A little about my self, I'm a independent contractor and take clients at Fitzone in Tempe,AZ. I have been a trainer for 3 years however exercise and health has always been part of my life. I have about 14 years of football underneath my belt with 3 of those years at the college level. With that being said I have a lot of experience with work out programs and I'm always looking for a good challenge. Threw college, being a personal trainer, and playing sports I have adapted a growth minded mind set. To see a threat as a challenge is key! I'm here for you! I'm open to any questions you might have.
