I am committed to helping my clients become the best and most healthy person they can be by creating a personalized program that is both fun and rewarding! Exercise has been an important part of my life since adolescence. I have a passion for fitness and helping people improve their health and well being by instructing them on how to meet their individual fitness and weight training goals. I enjoy helping and motivating people to reach their full potential. I received my Personal Trainer Certification through the American Council on Exercise and am enthusiastic about providing personal assistance for fitness. I have several years of experience training individuals in martial arts and roller derby. I am a black belt in Kuk Sool Won and worked as an Assistant Instructor for youth and adult classes. I have also participated in roller derby for over 10 years, holding positions on a Training Committee and as Head Coach, training participants to improve their skills and fitness levels for this intense contact sport.
