Hello... I am Liz, a high energy fitness enthusiast with a massive desire to share my passion and help others as they take their personal fitness journal. Oh, and hopefully, some of my energy will rub off along the way. I will always be a avid student of fitness, looking for great ways to use the body I was given. I love to run and have overcome a lot to be able to continue running. Through that journey, the biggest lesson I have learned is to never settle. No excuse is big enough not to have your fitness. Your mind will always give up before your body; don't let it. Keep pushing. Let me help you reach your goal, what ever it is. I love the challenge and the journey. Running, biking, weights, group fitness, HIIT, INSANITY, PiYo, Bootcamp... Whatever. Let's get moving.
