As a former medical researcher, I take a very scientific approach to training. I have a reason for each exercise and want my client's to understand why as well. I pride myself on creating programs with my clients, allowing them ownership of their programming and nutrition, thus increasing long term success. I keep a close yet professional relationship with each client, maintaining contact via text messages and phone calls between sessions. I provide not just results but also education. As a former military spouse, medical researcher and mom to twins, I understand the hardships that come with occupations, families and diseases. My goal is to not just help you become physically healthier but mentally too.
